Jelly Café
Jelly Café Privacy Policy
6 Oct 2026 · @Niraj
Effective date: 6 October 2026
Jelly Café is a game made by Slumberjakz ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email [email protected].
What we collect
Account and game progress. When you start playing, our server creates a random player account for you. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we also store your Play Games player ID so you can keep your progress across devices. If you link your Google account, we store its account ID and email address, so we can restore your account and help you with support requests. We also store the player name you choose and your birth year from the age question. We store your game progress, such as levels unlocked, stars, jellies, café items and daily rewards.
Gameplay activity. The game sends us events about how it is played, for example when a level starts, is won, failed or quit, which boosters are used, how many moves were used, and which screens are opened.
App and device performance. We collect the app version, how long the game takes to load, frame rate, a rough device class (low, mid or high, based on the device's memory), errors when the game cannot reach our server, and crash reports.
Identifiers. Events are linked to a random analytics ID and a session ID that our server creates. This ID is not your name, email address, Google account, Play Games ID or advertising ID.
What we do not collect. We do not collect your phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details. If you use chat, we store your messages and any reports you make or receive, so we can deliver them and keep players safe through moderation. Chat is optional.
Purchases. If you buy something in the game, the payment is handled by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.
How we use it
- To run the game: save your progress, give rewards and keep your account working.
- To improve the game: find levels that are too hard, fix crashes and slow performance on cheaper phones, and decide what to build next.
- To test changes: some players may see a different version of a feature so we can compare which works better.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers to run the game. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
- Google Cloud (game server and analytics storage, in Mumbai, India)
- Supabase (game database, in Mumbai, India)
- Amplitude (gameplay analytics, in the United States), and Sentry (crash reports)
- Google Play and Google Play Games (downloads, purchases, sign-in and achievements, under Google's own privacy policy)
Because Amplitude stores data in the United States, your gameplay events may be transferred outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and game progress while you play. We keep gameplay analytics for up to 24 months, then delete it. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days.
Your choices
- Delete your data: email [email protected] from any address and tell us you want your Jelly Café data deleted. To help us find it, include the Google account you signed in with, or your device model and roughly when you started playing. We will delete your account, progress and analytics from our server, our database, Amplitude and Sentry, including any chat messages.
- Stop collection: uninstalling the game stops all collection.
- Play Games: you can play without signing in to Play Games.
Children
Jelly Café asks for your birth year when you start. Players under 18 get a limited mode: they can play the full game, but we do not track them individually, send them marketing notifications or let them use social features. Crash reports from them contain only the error and app version. The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who run the game.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. For significant changes, we will also tell players in the game.
